Cafe Evoke Catering is a barista owned and barista operated mobile coffee company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and serving Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas. Since our start in 2005 we have operated on three principals: coffee, community and progression. Simple. We take pride in every drink we make and every smile and “thank you” we receive in return. Specialty Coffee Bar
This is what we built Cafe Evoke on from the start. Quality coffee drinks made by professional baristas. Our coffee bars come complete with our featured espresso, 9 gourmet flavorings, 3 milk options, all the favorite espresso drinks, chai and seasonally available loose leaf (hot) teas (Decaf espresso can be added by request). Pour Over Bar
We like to call this our “slow bar” and it’s one of our favorites. This bar gives you a chance to feature several different coffees from around the world. We brew every coffee to order for your guests using our Chemex Brewers and Hario v60 pour over station. The is a fun and interactive expirence for your guests!
Cold Brew Bar
This is the real cold brew: a 12 hour coffee brewing process that makes the coffee shine in the summer. With a bit of simple syrup and a dash of whole milk, this drink rocks it. Also comes with Vanilla and Hazelnut to spice it up.
