Café Evoke Catering's mission is more than coffee; it is a passionate interaction with the local and global communities. We use Fair Trade Certified products whenever we can.

When Café Evoke Catering is at your event, rest assured your coffee, tea, and espresso is Fair Trade Certified. We believe in the Fair Trade program and what it stands for - fair prices, fair labor conditions, direct trade, democratic and transparent organizations, community development, and environmental sustainability. Our support for local businesses, fair trade markets, organic production, and quality products are not just a fad; we do it because this is who we are.

Café Evoke Catering is a fun, enthusiastic, original, local coffee company that was formed to give people an opportunity to enjoy the quality, comfort and atmosphere of your favorite local specialty coffee shop, only better. From mochas and lattes to fine European sipping chocolates and more, choosing Cafe Evoke Catering ensures that you and your guests will receive a unique and unforgettable catering experience.

No matter which service option you choose, Cafe Evoke Catering will set up and tear down everything - not leaving you with a mess to clean up after your event. Our espresso bar is self contained and all we need from you is a 110v outlet, a space about 10' x 10', and some friends to enjoy coffee and espresso with! We use our own sink and towels and will serve out of compostable paper cups or ceramic cups and saucers, it is your choice!
