EVOKE Coffee Catering has been the premier caterer for more than 16 years across the Oklahoma City metro area. We bring the top professionally trained baristas to serve the highest-quality coffee sourced from independent coffee roasters across the country. Evoke is your choice for weddings, office events, pharmaceutical appreciation at clinics/hospitals, open houses, teacher appreciation at schools, business meetings, reunions, birthday parties, art gallery openings, and more.
Our base-level catering includes 2 hours of barista service on our mobile coffee bar for up to 50 guests, priced at $650. For events serving more than 200 people, we require 3 hours of serving time and will send 3 to 4 baristas to provide the most comprehensive coffee service experience. We can service events for more than 400 guests.
Our full-service coffee catering bar includes hot/iced versions of the following:
• Unlimited Specialty Coffee Service of Espresso Drinks (latte, cappuccino, Americano, Cortado, macchiato, espresso)
• 4 Gourmet House Made Syrups (vanilla, caramel, mocha, simple syrup)
• Whole, Non Fat, + Almond/Oat Milks
• Apple Cider
• Chai
• London Fog/Tea
• Hot Chocolate
Drip coffee and hot chocolate service is available on request for an additional charge.
